Kholat - Based on the True Events of Nine Mysterious Deaths

Inspired by the true events of the Dyatlov Pass incident, and winner of Game Connection 2015's awards for "Best Story" and "Best Desktop/Downloadable" game, Kholat comes to the Microsoft Store.

Kholat takes you into the Ural Mountains where nine hikers disappeared in 1959, only for their bodies to be found scattered on the slope of Kholat Syakhl, some with unexplainable injuries. Baffled, Russian investigators closed the case stating that "a compelling unknown force" had caused the deaths.

Narrated by Sean Bean and powered by Unreal Engine 4, Kholat is a non-linear adventure game of exploration and horror that thrusts you into the boundless scenery of the inhospitable Ural Mountains with the task of uncovering the truth, though you may find more than you expected...
